Guidelines for obtaining your rebate check:
- Purchase at least 15 squares of any GAF Shingles between May 1, 2018 and July 31, 2018.
- Log on to gafrebatecenter.com to fill out the required information by August 31, 2018.
- Mail the following documents (collectively a submission) to:

- The original coupon
- The rebate form confirmation page
- The supporting invoice(s) showing your purchase of at least 15 qualifying GAF products. Name on invoice must match name of individual submitting claim.
- Your submission must be received by August 31, 2018.
- Sit back and wait for your $50 check.
Note: Please allow 6-8 weeks for arrival of your check, or as otherwise required by law.
